Personally i think DOGE is too popular now and its price won't go down. This coin is not uniqe, it just has a catchy name. This is a very good marketing, it spreaded like a facebook

these forums are a shithole. just go to the dogecoin subreddit. there are many reasons why dogecoin has done better than any other altcoin, one of them is staying away from here.

Other than having a lot of coins I've never seen any serious criticism of doge here.  It did start as a joke, but it clearly isn't one any more.  If it's pump and dump it's been "pumped" quite awhile now so I don't see that as the issue it was early, and is with so many other coins.

DOGE looks increasingly like a survivor, I don't know if it can maintain its price given flood of coins that it has, but even at lower prices it can still be a fun accessible coin with a solid infrastructure.

yes it's true - it might even be higher. I've been "Trying" to communicate this in all the dogecoin threads but it quickly gets drowned out in the "doge is good" mess.

The hilarious thing is dogecoin was started by the GPU/scrypt guys because they were pissed off at the success of quarkcoin. Since then it's been flame wars. The quark guys are mostly quiet but the dogecoin "masses" keep going on and on and on and... well you get the point. Now that quark has been squished they moved on to other turf.
