Yes long term trading is profit worthy as it give us more chance for earning than losing, as of you will have patience and will not sell at lowest price, then you can get profit no matter what you are using, but according to the market condition I think best coin for now is bitcoin, it has more benefit and advantages than other alt coin, bitcoin is high in value and demands these days so chose bitcoin only

I have experienced that only BTC is good fro long time investment and other coins are useful for trading purpose only. In such big market crash only BTC has fallen less otherwise Altcoins has  fallen approximately 1/10 of its value like Cindicator,Electronium, Trx etc.

of course the best thing to invest is bitcoin because bitcoin is a coin that has a very limited total supply with a very high demand that would make bitcoin expensive.

The volatility in the price is high but I am sure the future is very bright and due to this more and more people are investing their money  in bitcoin. Altcoin will take long time to grow, but still small investors put their money in low price coins because they also have big potencail and in the future they will also rise.

As for me, no one can replace bitcoin when it comes to a long term investment. I believe that it is still best to have bitcoin for a long term investment because it could really provide us a good gain in time. It may take a long time but I believe that it's all worth it if we'll all just have more patience.

If you are asking for my personal opinion then I believe that Bitcoin, Ethereum & Vechain has a good scope for the growth. I believe that Bitcoin will give space as a major player in global fund transfer industry, ethereum has a scope for growth in the automation sector and weekend is coming up with the solution to the product verification issue. I am expecting good returns in terms of investment in the coming years for these three coins. I am still in the research process so I won't comment the coins on which I am still doing my research. However, this is my personal opinion and it might be completely wrong so it is strongly recommended to do your own research before making an investment decision.

For long term Bitcoin is first and secondly Ethereum is good for made investment. I also told you invest your money in some altcoin. I am holding Gla, Aion, Credits and UTK , And lastly I bought huge amount Pundi X. I hope all those coin would make me rich soon.

NEO of course . they have already solved the scaling problems that Bitcoin and Ethereum have, Turing complete, strong alliance in China and China is most of crypto and need to not be underestimated. the first (critical) Crypto of China. they are up against Ethereum, however with the alliance in China and the tech, and the exceedingly low market cap I suppose they have a strong risk at extraordinary achievement in the long time.
