in the Geldum project, I like the accessibility of the language the team speaks to their users, but why doesn't the team reveal their face? At what stage of development is the project, what are you working on now?

Some part of the team revealed their faces, some part of the team not. In a privacy coin, we don't consider an absolute necessity to show up the identities of each member, they are free to choose, as far the confidence com from their work and not from their faces.

I have problems to make withdrawals from GDMs in graviex. The support center recommends that I withdraw smaller quantities.

What amount is recommended so that withdrawals work correctly??

The problem is that Miners have been pointing directly to graviex instead of Wallets, that creates a memopool that only allows small transactions, like 100 to 400GDM.
We are workinn with grabiex to allow bigger transactions.
