MTGOX btc withdrawal - 5 days still no coins, and no answer from support...

Hi All

Been a long time btc user, never really had too many problems untill the last few days hence why I have only just registered here.. 

On Monday, i withdrew 5.8 btc from my gox account, to another wallet (i have made this same withdrawal to the same wallet/address on several occasions before without issue).

Gox took the money from my account, and have charged me a fee for the withdrawal process.... but nothing has shown up in the block chain or the other wallet:

Put in a support ticket to gox monday evening, and again a couple of times in the last few days and am yet to get a reply on any of them - does anyone else have any idea how I can raise this as a problem, starting to worry these funds wont be coming back.... and gox have just lost my money!

What about today? Is this problem fixed yet?

No it's not fixed as of a few hours ago.
I tried to withdraw 5 BTC and got a invalid address error. Then I try to withdraw 1 BTC same error.
Then I tried .5 BTC and it seemed to work  .501 BTC was subtracted from my account.
However the transaction never happened.

If gox bankrupt it will be very bad for bitcoin economics

Statement Regarding BTC Withdrawal Delays

Dear MtGox Customers,
In our efforts to resolve the issue being encountered by various bitcoin withdrawals, it was determined that the increase in the flow of withdrawal requests has hindered our efforts on a technical level. To understand the issue thoroughly, the system needs to be in a static state.
In order for our team to resolve the withdrawal issue it is necessary for a temporarily pause on all withdrawal requests to obtain a clear technical view of the current processes.
We apologize for the sudden short notice. All bitcoin withdrawal requests will be on pause, and the withdrawals in the system will be returned to your MtGox wallet and can be reinitiated once the issue is resolved. The trading platform will perform as usual for the needs of our customers. 


Our team will resolve this problem as soon as possible and will provide an update on Monday, February 10, 2014 (JST).
