I don't use telegram so I'm not bothered by how many members those groups have. I am more interested in the teams other marketing channels and strategy. Do we have some info on those?

I guess those members can be faked, but to be honest, this forum is where it's at, you can use telegram for quick updates and that's it.

As far as I'm concerned, the telegram notifications are most often spam

Hard cap would be a huge bonus and that is how I consider it.If it happens - awesome , if it does not - still awesome.Soft cap is the most important to reach so the project can be launched and then you can find more funds along the way.

I agree with what you are saying, but I would be more happy with hard cap   

hope everyone is hoping it can penetrate ICO hard cap, due to wages or salary earned will also be very large, and certainly provides a great advantage. only ICO is optimistic this has advantages that are able to carry it on hard cap.
