Initial method:
-I have converted those 2 pdf into text files with
this tool.-I have used
google translate tool to translate the file
-in the end I have checked 2 text files with
this toolThe result is that there are too many differences between google translate and wp translation in terms of added/deleted/changed words therefore it seems an original work
Second Method:
-I have read completely the whitepaper
The result is that reading is smooth and there is only a grammar mistake (commented with red), a small part not translated (commented with yellow) and other little error (commented with green) which are a very small percentage compared to total words

Conclusion.
Considering the previous results, i can say that
google translate was not used but i suggest to correct highlighted errors.
