I don't see any good news about bitcoin these days, but I think we will see a large pump this coming November just like what happened last year and the past years ago if you notice it before every November and December the price is always jumping to a higher value. My only prediction is $50,000 before the end of 2020, and I think that it is quite reasonable with all the upcoming events and developments. That is a huge amount, but I will not blame your prediction because everything can happen in the crypto world. With a fantastic amount of value then Bitcoin offers a miracle. I do not see any serious volume yet and we are still forming a lower high on the 4hr chart with some doji candles which shows indecision. In cases like this, market can break out into any position based on who is stronger between the bulls and the bears. I am bullish long term on bitcoin, but stop giving people false hope in the short term like you know what you are saying when indeed you do not.

This kind of predictions is mostly based on past performance, people were pretty conservative in 2016 and 2017, even when it was rallying in 7-8k range, but after it skyrocketed to 20k we've started hearing lots of 5 to 6 figure predictions. For me it's clear that this is just speculation, not even an attempt to make some sorat of analysis, just "the new ATH will be  2-5 times bigger that the current ATH".

Now, I think there's very good chance that Bitcoin will hit $50K and $100K and even more at some day, but it's very hard to predict when exactly it will happen. Well we have heard that bitcoin will not hit below 5 digit mark, that's what everyone is preaching about 6 months ago. But the inevitable happen, we are still struggling to even go to $10000 mark. The bear market isn't over yet, and there is no point being so bullish right now when we clearly have not seen enough momentum for a full-on bull market that you're trying to predict here. $7k is only a temporary floor, it may not hold up next time there is a dip.

You're essentially saying that bitcoin will 8x by the end of the year, something that I find extremely unlikely. There are cycles within the bitcoin price history, and if you check those cycles out, you'll see that we still have at least a few months to go before consolidation and the bear market bottoms, and the recovery starts happening.

We only have the same motives in bitcoin and if that isn't to make profit, supporting the tech, using it as a payment, I can't think of any other motives. as the name suggests it is fear of "missing out". and people don't start their panic buys until it is too late and we are way past the bottom. meaning somewhere above $10k most probably.  a sharp rise possibly to $15k is not unlikely.

I don't think that this is currently the lowest price you would be able to see for bitcoin in the short term, but if you're solely looking to accumulate and hold, then buying at any prices under $10k would be extremely cheap in the long run. logically $10k as the bottom was a good speculation in my opinion and although i have never said never without saying "this is bitcoin and anything is possible" but i also said we would never see below it! and evidence shows $10k was a very strong buy support that it took thousands of bitcoin to dump into it and break it successfully. i personally have never considered that drop natural and when this sort of major resistance is broken there is no stopping the  drop anymore.

Instead, there is a very strong level of consolidation happening above the $7000 level, and that since the day we reached the main bottom back in February. It all depends on how you look at the market. It can be as bullish or bearish as you want it to be, or you can just remain neutral and focus on the consolidation that is perfectly normal in current market. Nothing justifies the price to tank, and nothing justifies the price to pump. Consolidation makes sense.

I´d argue that we haven´t seen the capitulation yet that is

I think the downtrend still continue. Last night it breaches the $6400 support, almost touches $6000, and bounced there. The title should be revised, it should be $5K by 2018. There simply no fundamental reason to support the rise to $50K, no? Last year ATH we had futures trading in several US exchange, what will we have this year to fuel the run to 50K? I don't see anything so far.

Its unpredictable at this point. We expected the price would zoom up by June but what happended now is, it went behind taking the value to $6k+. This is really bit worrying but still we have an opporutunity to gather as many coins as we can now as the coins are so cheap and very lower than Last January 2018. No such thing, go back to the last FOMO cycle, study the increase percentages and you will see that if we bottom at current prices, we can actually reach $50k by another December bullish wave. The bullrun would need to be rather aggresive and would end up with another strong correction, but the more people understand that Bitcoin is not going anywhere after it crashes, the less fear there will be for said crashes. People will have the certainty of the fact that Bitcoin ALWAYS recovers eventually, so you aren't a bagholder as long as know what you are dealing with long term.

I doubt that we can reach 50k$ this year either, that is about 6.5x increase, quite unreal if to see the volatility f0r this year.. you can count how long it will take and by what % it has to increase daily.
If you take compound interest and we raise 10% daily, we will rise back to 20k$ within about 2 weeks roughly.
