Meaning suchmoon created the ANN thread exactly 3 hours, 43 minutes, 10 seconds before theymos created the same ANN.
My guess is, SEC first hired suchmoon then later they realized s/he is not fit for the job so they replaced him/her by theymos. 

I think I just discovered the shortest lifetime of a Bounty Manager in BitcoinTalk history.

I nearly had to hospitalize for excessive body temperature since the day I created the OP. Good thing is that i am recovering now. I guess next time, I have to be more careful before bringing something against theymos
