ICO projects are not also like bubble when in fact some of the projects now are doing well and functional which made them also good profit after realizing the project. The investors also were able to benefit from the project being implemented.

It is very difficult to guess the bull market trend will come, which is clear in the present or in this year it might not happen, I have seen market movements now are not very conducive to a very rapid decline and increase.
At least to wait and hold because I believe that one day the bull market will definitely happen

Yes, but SEC is kept declining the ETF because the government already know once they start accepting many new investors state trading the Bitcoin and it can easily reach to new ATH price. Until that we cannot able to guess the price of Bitcoin.
