Knowledge is important for any kind of investment. Before investing on crypto you have to research about crypto. What is crypto and how it works. What are the advantages what are the disadvantages. How to invest. Everyone should know these factors.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I believe that if you do not understand this, then be kind to study everything and only then invest. If you can't and you don't know, then go work in the other direction. If you know a good friend who has bitcoins, let him take control of your money and dispose of them. The only way I can see. Because there are enough scammers everywhere.

Crypto is not an easy area to venture into, needs keenness and precision, there is basically no room for mistake, you need to know the crypto you are investing in well, inside out, know everything from it's products relevance to the project roadmap, if the project is solid then you are good to go

A news from ABS-CBN, a Filipino Media and Entertainment Group.

MANILA - An investor who saw a 39,000-percent increase in his bitcoin investment warned on Monday that many cryptocurrency investment schemes right now are scams.

Emerson Fonseca, Philippine head of NEM Foundation, told ANC's Market Edge that since he started trading bitcoin 2 years ago, a lot of scams have cropped up because people don't understand cryptocurrencies.

What are your opinions?

I also see the many scam ICO projects at the moment. I am always cautious in investing because I do not want to be harmed. before investing I always see people who invest in ICO projects, besides I also see the purpose of the project is made and I also always see the white paper that I will make a guide because there is a lot of information about the ICO project in the white paper.

Most people who are scammed don't get the time to read about what they need to know about cryptocurrencies. Others are also greedy and want excessive profit in a short time because they might have heard that crypto pays in a short time.
