Reserve price: Undisclosed
Is this legal?

It is in my country and jurisdiction.  Like I said though I really should have hashed the reserve price when the auction was posted so it could be proven fair.  Next time I auction something with a reserve I'll keep that in mind.

Shane you lowered your reserve without noticing. In PM you told me 1.20btc which would leave only a small margin of profit. With the reserve at 1btc I would have agreed to take it although my first bid was 0.70btc.

Have worked with you in the past and liked it a lot. I suggest to be fully clear next time and post reserve price in your post.

Cheers

Again I agree.  My pm to you was worded badly:

Unfortunately I will make at least 1.2 and most of the risks of 30+ diffs are gone so I think the auction is just going to end below the reserve price.

I should have pointed out that the reserve was less than my expected returns.

I will hash the reserve price on future auctions and avoid reserves when possible.

This lease was upgraded to a BitMain ANT miner S1 on 2/14 with no additional cost and no downtime for the buyer.  The original lease still stands as stated:

Quote
9. Any increase in hashing power will not be considered a breach by either party.

The remainder of the lease will be completed at ~180Ghash vs ~150Ghash.

Clearly the buyer won on this deal  Grin
