Got ICO Tokens. Need money, any advice?

i lost huge profits from ico and bounty tokens in these days. there is a big risk on icos from sec or any other legal issues. there is hard to find a smooth ico

That must be hard. Sadly, the only advice we can give is  to hold it until it has a value. You only would like to buy tokens without the price probably someone it you agree with the price. I highly suggest to be patience coz a month or two it might ge successful and with much higher value on it.

what kind of token did you have it ?
if your token is an ethereum token, you can sell it on forkdelta or etherdelta my friend
but, if not you should wait until the token being listed on exchange,, because there is no place to sell it if your token not listed on any crypto exchange

if there is no market pair of tokens (not listed in the exchange), yes must wait to sell it. but may be able to sell it personally by person, try to offer in the ICO group, who knows there are who want to buy, but with the consequence of very cheap price.

Do not sell those tokens man, why are you going to do it? don't you have some fiat to pay for your baby issues? came on, do not be so dumb to dump your tokens that might be worth a lot in the future.

yes the project plans to get into an exchange early of 2019 so i will keep the tokens as they will worth more in the future than i need today so yeah, tokens are in wallet and they will stay there till there's a good reason to sell.

Dang! You hoping the money right now but your investment far away there to collect lol , just take that as your lesson ... You better always have a good money management where an emergency saving must always filled not empty, so whenever you are in urgent situation, you won't get in trouble and have too much expectation but the reality says different. Money management! That's the key to have a better and a good life.

You are right, the good ICOs have only a small allocation what means that a big group can not participate in these ICOs. Other ICOs give huge bonuses what the price dump very hard.

There are ways to sell the coin, there are 3rd parties that buy the coin from you and keep it until they hit exchange, those people can be found on any crypto related group ,especially the telegram group of the ICO coin itself

Bad choice dude, never use your money to any kind of investment, even ICO. that was your first mistake. Because ICO was one of the risky investment, how if you're choose the wrong ICO ?
the only thing that you can do i think, sell those token to the third party, and make sure to use escrow to do the transaction

I agree that you can sell them to other members using an escrow but should in a reasonable price however the sad part is it is not listed and there's high risk when it comes to a new coin.

I believe op just receive his/her bounty token not from investment. Op, if I were you whatever the amount is if it is for emergency go ahead and sell them and don't look back to avoid regrets.

If it's an Ethereum token, you can try to search the contract address of the token in ForkDelta. Usually you can find any Ethereum token there, and you can place an offer for what price you want to sell your token there.

Waiting for them to appear at one of the exchanges in order to sell more quickly and get cherished money. And as otherwise, participation in ICO is a very awesome moment, and well, that you stayed with tokens, and not with what as many.

I think almost all the tokens are listed or you can list them and put the price you want to sell them at etherdelta or forkdelter! I also believe that you have legitimate issues why you want to sell them if not I could have advised you to still keep them until there are listed in big exchange like binance and hitbtc.

Keep wait until token is listed on exchange. What’s baby issue?.. I seldom buy token from ico. Unpredictable. If you trust in this project, then you shall wait. If not, Why did you buy it from ico?

Well, it takes sometimes maybe about months for a token to get listed on reputable exchanges, but if the token you are holding is an ERC-20 compatible you can sell them on decentralized exchanges just by using the smart contract address of the token. if your token is not ERc20 compatible, then there is nothing can be done you have to wait or you can concern with your friends if they are willing to buy, if they seem that coin will be worth in future they may buy it. Just try don't lose hope.

Unfortunately you did not mention what token you save so we can not give you a solution how you should sell maybe you can sell it to fellow community in your telegram group who knows someone will accept your token, and the rest I want to advise you not to too much hope at work in this forum alone you also have to keep working off line so that in an emergency like you experience this at least you still have money in your pocket.

As far as I know you can't sell your token if not yet listed in exchanges. It will takes 2 to 3 months to get listed on exchanges depending on the resources the team have and if they can afford to pay to get listed then maybe 1 month is long enough.

if in my opinion, we wait in a few moments before, always monitor in the market and do not forget to open the telegram, because usually a lot of info from telegram group from ICO, and if still not listed in other market, then you have to find another way

This is bad. Some ICOs is taking while to get listed on the market. If you have some alitcoin then use it temporary then buy them if you have money again.

Don't depend your money in crypto, you need to have a backup.

You need to wait until the team successfully managed to list it on exchanges and that can take time, I invested in ICOs in March that are still not listed. You need a lot of patience.

Yep, he's right. This can be a frustrating experience when you invest your money but you did not save some whenever an emergency approaches. This is not a practical move, you can't easily sell these token right away unless you can find some potential buyers in their telegram community. This will serve as your lesson in your life. Try to think of what will happen in the near future before taking any actions, this is a well used in cryptocurrency.
