Price: 0.006 BTC's Per domain up to 4 maximum.
-I will register the domain and then transfer it to you if you have enough feedbacks or through escrow if you don't. after that the payment is released to me.

Thank You, If I didn't misunderstand the question,there is no lock for transfers in the same registrar. if you want to transfer to another registrar then you can hold it in your account and transfer later.
