I keep losing this thread and I found it interesting when I first encountered it in the trust ratings of some users. I believe it would be worthwhile to revive a project like this even if OP is absent. Some senior members could coordinate with the main campaign managers and a new list will be updated.
As long as most managers adhere to the list, it would be very effective. Without the support of managers it is pretty useless though. If managers ignore such neutral feedback or even negative feedback, and DT members won't hold the managers to any kind of serious standards then it is futile.
If users have a tag from Actmyname for spammer list I have refrained from hiring them for the most part. Every now and then a user does show some serious improvement but it's very rare.
You have to keep in mind though that there are alot of managers lately and most of them care about their pockets, not the forum.
When I was new in the forum, newbies feared actmyname's spammers neutral tag because it was as powerful as a red tag.
Infact, some managers stated it on their campaign rules, that you shouldn't apply if you have a neutral tag from actmyname.
What has changed? Have managers started accepting them?
If there's an honest improvement or repentance from the spammers end, they indeed deserve a second chance. But how will it happen?
