The final mass audit before the rebuilt and hopefully less buggy referal system is on the way. Was a little over 6 million database entries checked. All past due referal earnings are being credited to accounts as we speak. =) Hopefully those that where bugged or partial bugged should see those earnings in the next couple hours.

The 20btc sell wall has been nibbled down to 3btc now (altho 2btc has appeared in front of it), for anyone wondering after my previous comment. Having poked around the site some more and hung around in the chat box, I'd say its worth a cautious investment if anyone cared about my opinion, esp. with the current price. Of course I'd like you to use my referral link, but other ppl in this thread are probably more deserving than me with my 2 post's worth I was also interested to note that they said they had been changing some of their rigs over to Scrypt-N/Jane mining, so they're not all Scrypt ASIC based, which could turn out to be helpful if these next-gen ASICs start flooding the network at the end of summer.

Here is our full Scrypt.cc reviewAny feedback is welcome and you can also add your own review at the bottom of the page Taken from your review. "Scrypt coins, especially Litecoin, were originally developed so that anyone with a computer and programming skills could mine them, unlike Bitcoin mining, which now can only be done with highly specialized and powerful Bitcoin mining hardware. However recently application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) have been developed for scrypt mining, which means that within a few months scrypt mining is likely to have its own version of the exponential rise in Bitcoin mining difficulty. This is likely to reduce scrypt mining rewards in the near future, especially once scrypt mining hardware becomes available to the general public." Scrypt ASICs are already out (Gridseed) and many coins are moving away from pure scrypt. (scrypt-N & scrypt-Jane for example) The ASICs can't follow and have to be redesigned before they can impact those coins. It is beginning to look like maybe only Litecoin and Doge will stick with scrypt, although there will probably be some short term coins like BC, WC and AC that also use scrypt. While you are right that scrypt ASICs will push the difficultly up for the coins that can be mined with it, it is unlikely to make a big dent in altcoin mining. A few months ago, people were saying there wouldn't be in profit in a few months and it is always a few months. GPUs are flexible, ASICs aren't. The only coins that will be impacted are the ones that choose to be impacted. I don't think it should be considered a major factor.

This info was discovered by our in house researcher - if it is incorrect or needs revising we are more than happy to take on board any feedback. Funnily enough we just decided to edit this info out of the review as you are right many coins are switching to ASIC resistant algos.

The trading system is frozen. You can go to the "Open Orders" and cancel your order then you will get your BTC back.

It should be fast considering how much they charge for withdraw fee .001 btc. Considering the default bitecoinqt fee is like .00005 btc.. giving that btc would be $500 a coin you basically paying .50 cent for each withdraw. FYI that's more then US Post office stamp. Icon

Icon 0.00005 is too low fee (usually), but you are right about that 0.001 is too high.

Apparently the trading issues have been fixed by imposing a min. purchase of 1KHs - might cause problems for ppl running auto-reinvest scripts but they should be able to cope with that The interface still looks a bit flakey but the Admin appears in chat occasionally and provides updates when there are issues; keeps saying that their priorities are Security, Profitability, Usability - in that order, which I can't disagree with.
