Telegram Bot for coin price, alert, market cap query

I made a simple Telegram bot for get quick coin price from some exchange.
The command syntax is not standard as other bots. It follow my style which I think would faster/easier than using "/command" like other bot.

This Bot use for check price, add alert.
Exchanges: Poloniex, Bittrex, Bitfinex, HitBTC, Binance.
Telegram Version: t.me/polopala_bot

[Prefix]
Default exchange prefix:
"." for Poloniex
"," for Bittrex
"?" for Bitfinex
"#" for HitBTC
"!" for Binance
send ".prefix" for more detail

[Get Price]
.xrp => get XRP price
.xrp btc xmr => get many coins price

[Set Alert]
..xrp 10000 0.00012 $0.2 => set alert price (price must be satoshi, btc or usd)
..xrp 0.05e => set alert price for ETH_XRP pair
..xrp => view alert list
..xrp - 10000 => remove alert price

[Favourite]
.f => get favourite coins price
.f xrp ltc => add XRP, LTC to favourite coins
.f - xrp => remove XRP from favourite list
.ff => Favourite 2


[Other]
.m => view coinmarketcap information
..m 95 => add alert market capital in billion usd
..mb 45 => add alert bitcoin capital in billion usd
.btc => view BTC_USDT

[Telegram Query]
@polopala_bot .xrp => get price of XRP from Poloniex in any chat

My question is how to add a persistent alert, ie repeated every time the price is reached??
