Cryptocurrency is a very risky type of investment. But as in any case, if you are patient, you will learn, then success is guaranteed to you. The main problem for beginners is the fear of losing money and impatience

if you do not consider only cryptocurrency, and to take the subject of global - investment, the most important thing is to risk only available funds, not to take on this business loan, and to study the subject. Terrible in that I don't see anything

All depends on how responsible you will invest. If you first will study about the coin you are going to invest, you will be sure that this is a good investment and even when market is down you will be calm.

It is really risky because cryptocurrencies are items that fluctuate too much compared to other tangible currencies, so you have to do a lot of research and stay alert everyday for the rise of drop of the prices, in order to get profit you have to buy low and sell high.

Of course, investing in crypto currency is a risk. Any investment is a risk, and a crypto currency is an increased risk. Often the market has high volatility and we need to be careful in your work so as not to lose money. We need to use all actions to reduce the risk.

Yes it is risky especially trading because it's more affected by volatility. The best precaution to take against the risk is to educate yourself on investing, trading and most importantly crypto in general so that you don't make any mistakes/hasty decisions that could be detrimental to your investments and finances. Good luck Smiley

Risks are everywhere, but for newbies specially scams are more dangerous than actual risks. Scammers trap those newbie and take their money saying they would double triple their money which never happens. Don't fall for any pyramid scheme or lending platforms. Don't invest in any ICO just because someone said to invest in that, do your own research, find out everything possible about that ICO before actually investing in it.

Some other risks involved are wallet hack through phishing emails or links. Malicious softwares which can steal your keys/passwords. Selling your coins desperately because it has fallen in value.

In the end I would say, everything needs experience, everything needs patience and everything need your knowledge/your work.

It is risky enough if you are going to invest in some unknown and scammy coins. But otherwise, if you invest in such crypto giants as BTC, Ethereum, and Ripple, They might reward you very well for you patience - this is a matter of time only. - Such cryptos worth investing!

I think the risk is minimized if very carefully approaching the selection of ico, well, and not limited to one investment.

How risky for beginner to invest in cryptocurrency? What kind of risk factor and what are the precautions?
Actually investing in this crypto is very risky. Especially if you can not choose a good coin for you make as your investment assets. Surely you will experience big losses if you are wrong in stepping. But if you choose the right coins that promise of course you will get a huge profit.

Any investment is a risky activity, and investing in crypto currency is risky doubly. Crypto market has not existed for so long and has not been sufficiently formed. Directions of price movement are not predictable and are often influenced by hidden and unexplained reasons. Before investing it is necessary to study well all the features of crypto.

It's a risk, of course! But if you need to invest in a profitable coin, less risky!  But such coins do not make a sharp move. Quiet coins tend to grow dramatically!  You need to invest free funds! Not the ones you need to live!

For a beginner this is too risky. I'm sure that I will not be mistaken if I say that more than half of newcomers lose a significant part of their money when they invest in crypto-currencies. Usually this happens because the novice does not understand when to buy and even if he gets a profit, he does not know at what point he needs to stop and sell the coin.

You should try to choose good projects before investing.Risks of course are. When you invest, there is no guarantee that Your funds will be used for their intended purpose. That is, it can be farmers from a nearby village who decided to hold an ICO and start creating a satellite for space. But in reality, they may have no idea what a satellite is and how to do it.

How risky for beginner to invest in cryptocurrency? What kind of risk factor and what are the precautions?

Cryptocurrency is very risky for those people who are not good on handling their patience, there are a lot of people in the corporate world today who prefer trading because it was more profitable and they can earn more income in this way.

The volatility of the cryptocurrency need to be understood very well first especially by a beginner before embarking into investment, the risk associated to this is high because the beginner has little or no knowledge about the kind of bounties to partake in, therefore, apt carefulness is to be taking, and this precautions needs to be taking along side continuous learning.
