It's up to you. If you want a big profit, buying coins when the price drops dramatically is the best. But, do the analysis first about the coins you will buy. If all you buy is a coin that has no potential, it is a waste of time. So, look for coins that have the potential to continue to rise in the future.

If you want to buy coins just do it now because the market are downfall and all cryptos are in red ribbon. You can buy coins with cheaper price and make hodl then plan to invest or trade it in peak season somewhere this year end. My advice, if from the beginning you intend to make an investment then immediately do. But do not push if you do not have more money. If you have more money do it and buy it slowly without hurrying. Investing in cryptocurrency is very beneficial I think.
