this sounds more like a bad news to me because when fiat is involved then there will be regulations and restrictions involved in that exchange platform. and an altcion exchange such as Binance which is focused on trading altcoins doesn't need fiat in first place anyways.

Forgive me but gives only short messages and despite appearances, it takes much valuable time.

The introduction of the currency applies only to Uganda - Ugandan shilling
Liechtenstein, Malta and Singapore will be next. Until then, it can change a lot ..
