No. DACC Token holders will not be granted any shares and management rights over the DACC platform and entitled to any dividends or income from the DACC Foundation or the DACC platform as a result of holding the DACC Tokens.

Of course the token becomes useless because it can not be exchanged. But all the developers would want his project to succeed and success in the market. The goal of ico project is landed on the market and so does not exist after the project was realized, I'm sure DACC will be able to compete in the market, so, we no need to worry about that!
