DACC IAM file system will be designed following a modular design philosophy. The IAM features including the permission map will be visible from other blockchains via secure protocols with API. DAPPs built on DACC, or even DAPPs on other blockchains will be able to directly call API and fetch information on DACC permission map and file system.

Our goal is 15,800,000 USD (30,000 ETH). DACC token is the currency for all transactions, gas fees and reward to block validators and storage providers. DACC token is the foundation for Proof of Access, the consensus mechanism supporting DACC. A special allocation of DACC tokens will be used to develop the community (10%), DACC software development, system maintenance and security development (15%), also reward the special contributors and advisors (10%).

What different between your project and Decent? You will have own coins and blockchain or just erc tokens?

Decent is about creating decentralized apps. And DACC is about sharing media content firstly. It's based on identity and access management integrated with blockchain technology and cloud technology.

I thought that Decent also offering media content as they compare himself with Amazon as I remember.
Which kind of media content you will offer? Users must pay for content by your tokens?

Yes, the team will retain some part of the investment to create stability and to give the investor peace of mind. Various research and development activities will be performed to improve DACC and any other costs such as services you mentioned can be paid with this amount set aside.
