Yes and that's what i believe too that bitcoin will still lead forever as long as cryptocurrency exist in the world market considering its expensive market value and with the highest market capacity which is hard for other crypto to compete. |

For me i think it lead a year.. The other coin that has a potential is altcoin i dont know the other coin.. I think it depends on the coin if it's interesting to invest with.. There is so many coin here.. But i dont know how it grow

I don't think it will take that long for a new competitor to come by and try to remove bitcoins from its throne. But as of now, I'm just glad that bitcoins are still sitting pretty on its throne and is unshaken. I hope bitcoins still take the lead in the cryptocurrency master race for decades to come. |

I that that in the next years bitcoin will still be the leading coin but then I don't know, technology stuff changes really quickly... Yeah technological change is very fast changing. for now maybe bitcoin still dominates as many users are still comfortable to use bitcoin. but it does not rule out that there will come a competitor who has better technology than bitcoin. and if the user wants it maybe the bitcoin dominance will end? |

It is quite difficult to predict what the future will be like. although its price value is not always the same but does not mean it will cease forever and no longer recover on the contrary it will recover and will get a chance to soar high in due time so is the other coin.

It will continue to grow despite the downfall of the market right now in fact this price crashes can also serve as another opportunity for other people who didn't get the chance to invest in bitcoin and also they can buy cheaper altcoins then wait for the price to surge again. I dont think bitcoin will be the leading cryptocurrency forever because every year there will be a new coin created with new features, so maybe one day someone will create a coin similar to bitcoin but with greater features and faster blockchain technology.

In my opinion. bitcoin will remain in existence for up to 10 years and only a few altcoin can survive and follow the path of bitcoin. as long as the enthusiasts and demand for bitcoin or altcoin continue to exist then the coin will continue to grow over time.

BTC is simply excessively well known than any coin, there are individuals in facebook that when they talk about crypto, they don't know ethereum. It's simply BTC that they know in view of the benefit it can bring. But we can't speculate what will happen in the future so we better wait who will lead when time comes.

That is the advantage of bitcoin because bitcoin is the very first cryptocurrency to exist in the market and because of that it is like the king of the altcoins where they follow what bitcoin is doing and when bitcoin goes up then the altcoin will slowly follow that and that is the same thing that will happen if the bitcoin goes down then altcoins goes down also. |

I think there is nothing last forever. But in next 5 or 7 years, i am believe bitcoin still leading in market cap. But with technology advance and more option in different coin, I am believe bitcoin will replace by others coin |

Yes i think btc will lead the crypto market for the next few years. We will also see other alt coins also rising to the situation and try to near the levels of btc and may become as famous as btc as well.I feel ETH will be the next to reach the levels of bTC and then there would be some stability in the market as well due to string competition.I feel the next few years would be very exciting for the prices for both btc and other alt coins.
I agree with you. Moreover, cryptocurrency is always identic with bitcoin. a layman would have thought that there was only one cryptocurrency, bitcoin. whereas there are many types of altcoin. The beliefs of the people and the popularity of bitcoin that has been formed in the first decade is quite difficult to be matched by other altcoins. |

Forever is a big word and we should not use it regarding the dominance of bitcoins. I know bitcoins is first crypto and has got many users but nothing lasts forever.

Well, not sure about forever. Maybe bitcoin will be leading the market for next 5-7 years. Stronger altcoins can overtake bitcoin, I see the potential in Ethereum.
Bitcoin can also keep on going with no.1 position if the altcoins fail to impress users. It's highly speculative.
For me as long as cryptocurrency market exist i think no other crypto can possibly defeat bitcoin from leading the crypto market although there some crypto which have potential to rise but not enough to compete the most popular coin. |
