Is bitcoin lead cryptocurrency market forever?

Only time will tell if there will be any other altcoins that can overtake Bitcoin in the nearest future. As for me, i don't believe that any alternative crypto currency will be able to replace Bitcoin.

I somehow feel like the dominance of ETH will one day takeover. And if it becomes stranger that what it may seem like that XRP will be used by banks, some of  those altcoins might not have the chance to be noticed anymore. More than hundred of tokens are already moving in and out that needs eth as gas which will asks more ETH for transactions later on.

forever is not because soon other crypto projects will be on par with bitcoin and if you have bitcoins then it's better to sell them and invest in new crypto projects that in your opinion have a future for example as Socratus

As of now it is evident that bitcoin is dominating the whole cryptocurrency industry. It has been the number one coin in the market for a very long time and it shows no signs of stopping despite the price decreases it has been receiving this year. However, this does not mean that bitcoin would be the number one coin forever. As there are a lot of uncertainties in this industry.

I cannot say that the world forever last because we all gonna die in the end and we cannot know if in that poin bitcoins is still the leading cryptocurrency that are here in the world. i'm not sure bitcoin will still lead in the arena of cryptocurrency in the future
especially if the Lightning Network implementation fails then i'm sure bitcoin will not lead in the future
bitcoin requires lightning network in order to become P2P payment system which become the weakness of bitcoin at this time

For now, its no doubt that bitcoin lead the crypto currency market. Our technology now is upgrading fast, so as what i think, its possible that bitcoin will have competitor in the future. If that competitor is created then bitcoin might not be the lead as its now. But i think that they cant create altcoin that will replace bitcoin, because im sure that if they will create another coin then it will be also created based on the characteristics of bitcoin.

Yes, I think maybe bitcoin will not lead cryptocurrency forever because in the future there will be plenty of Altcoin for a good price. I believe as long as bitcoin to continue to exist and is the leading currency other coins will have the opportunity to live and grow as well. although its price value is not always the same but does not mean it will cease forever and no longer recover on the contrary it will recover and will get a chance to soar high in due time so is the other coin.

I don't think that will happen forever but I do believe that most of the Altcoins were created to solve one of two flaws with Bitcoin. So although, Bitcoin is the major coin right now few altcoins may rise to match its price and demand. However, this may not happen forever.

Nothing last forever. While some coins like ETH improves them self, Bitcoin stays in same spot. And that makes Bitcoin weaker everyday. It's not gonna be King forever.

I'm not sure if bitcoin will lead the cryptocurrency market forever, many people are currently focused on bitcoin but there are actually some coins that have its own advantages of bitcoin that I think someday can beat bitcoin. Although bitcoins are still currently leading the cryptocurrency market, the reality is that some people have left bitcoin because of their disappointment with bitcoin price cuts as well as transactions and security systems they deem incapable of meeting their expectations. I hope bitcoin will forever lead the market of cryptocurrency despite the fact the bitcoin is currently in my opinion in an unstable state.

There is no such thing as ''forever'' doesn't matter online or offline world.
Right now bitcoin is leader, and will remain number 1 in the short term period.
We can't predict what may happen in the longer period, 10, 20 years or more.
It's good possibility that someone will create something better than bitcoin later in future.
I really don't think that bitcoin is perfect and will lead cryptocurrencies forever.
