As we all know chain block technologies are the foundation of the cryptocurrency and chain block technologies can develop without the cryptocurrency.

I do not think this will happen. The basic stuff is running very well but it still does not have a good foothold in the world. It needs to stay this way for a long time and need some revision to attract more investors.

Blockchain is a system of recording or databases that are widely distributed on the network, or also called the distributed ledger. So blockchain can stand without cryptocurrency. only now we find hundreds of projects using blockchain and create lots of tokens to deal with in the project

To be honest, I believe that blockchain is not the blockchain without decentralization part of it. When banks and private institutions are adopting blockchain technology, they are not actually transferring the control as per the decentralization so we cannot take the full benefit of it in that case. We won't be able to use blockchain ideally without cryptocurrency, in my honest opinion.

Yes off course it will continue to rise no matter what happens. I mean it doesnt matter if the crypto currencies exists anymore or not because as you said blockchain itself is base for them and this thing is not the other way around. 

Blockchain is self sustained technology which is there and can be modified due to its open and decentralised source and thus anyone can use it for their own benefits. This tech can be used anywhere in the world and in any industry. So surely it will survive on its own no matter what happens with the crypto currency.

Technically, blockchain (it is blockchain, not chain block or chain saw, yeah) is just one approach to organizing a distributed, fault-tolerant database, so it can be used in this field specifically. It may be not a very efficient solution for in-house applications where there is no issue of trust between nodes, but in a trustless environment it is probably the best solution out there, though I'm not that tech-savvy to make any definitive conclusion in this regard
