More likely, it will be some scammer trying to "steal" the payouts by signing up using the original users details but with the scammers ETH address... The scammer is hoping the Bounty Manager doesn't notice and pays to their address.

Any halfway competent campaign manager should notice this and simply ignore any duplicate signups... only accepting the original signup.

The scammer registered in the table after my registration and indicated his address wallet. If you look at the rest of the table, it happens often and scammers are found and excluded from the table after a while. Therefore, what you say is a lie!
