What happened is the best possible scenario.  I still feel that Baldur is one of you guys - the 1 more coin burned is a clear (and very funny) clue - but no matter who is he, he own our respect for being such a fair and honest guy.  Thanks !

Yes, but who cares as long as they remain true to their word. I was against premine being destroyed because now most coins in foreign hands. Most of it dumped to big holders.

But sooner or later the coins will flow back to Iceland. If the project is successful, the big iclandic Bitcoin miner will invest also in aur, to spend there income in iceland. And I think there are also big holder in Iceland!

and: is displaying 2 decimal places on the EUR price really enough?

Skiptum, well done...

but I looking some solutions where end user from my application can buy simple auroracoin with debit/credit card. I need some simple solutions for users who dont know anything about cryptocurrency, it's must be simple and clear...

Deposit BTC to cryptsy and use API? After verification debit card transaction(paypall?) buy auroracoin automaticly from cryptsy and withdraw to user wallet ? Any else idea?

It's a great story, I don't blame whoever is really Baldur on these forums hiding behind a sock account, there is a lot of pressure on the real devs when they create coins by the community that supports them. So at least with the Baldur still in control of the coin there is less pressure on him because it's almost like this new entity is doing everyone a favor.

Brilliant thinking! Smiley

I am wondering if scrptum.js is a open source javascript library? Can it used for other coins, too?

Thanks apcoins. If you could detail the strange problems on the support forum here (http://auroraspjall.is/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=60&p=319#p319) that would be helpful.

And I can definitely use help with translation. I paid someone I found at bland.is, but I didn't get everything done. Maybe you could shoot me a PM?

Now changed to 4 decimal places, thanks for the suggestion.

Price is coming from  https://www.cryptonator.com.  Cryptonator uses an average of the AUR/BTC market price from Cryptsy and Bter, which is then converted to AUR/USD using the BTC-e price, and then to other fiat currencies using the rates from http://www.sedlabanki.is and http://www.ecb.int.

The marketcap was $720mil at the highest, you really think this coin is gonna reach those prices again? Because its gonna have to actually go higher than that to be a real national currency. I swear i think the winklevoss twins were behind that big pump then. They moved on bruhs.

The market cap for auroracoin will reach 15 billion dollars once it replaces the krona and trillions once it replaces the euro

I've only made money on auroracoin in 2015 and that has been by buying only, never selling, this is the most profitable strategy in my opinion. https://bitinfocharts.com/auroracoin/address/ANrSfMdwvo7zxC14xvV7BV7kgmtj3LoTTg
