Here's a pro tip, numbskulls: the OP started cashing out his massive fortune on premine shares when the price started to hike past the 30 dollar mark and close to 100 bucks.
False. The premine addresses were public and no premined coins were moved before the actual airdrop started. So there's a fact for you, numbskull. It's interesting how you're resorting to insults. It has been pointed out several times (and even before the airdrop started) that there were absolutely no mechanics that showed the airdrop is actually legitimate. The amount of coins claimed is suspiciously high and it would have been absolutely trivial for a large portion of those to go into dev hands. This has been a scam right from the start. The only difference is, devs put a good amount of time into making it appear legitimate to boost the value. I'm resorting to insults? Just parroting what the he said first. Guys... Sorry if I'm too noob to this thing, but...
There's already a GLOBAL coin for everyone, called bitcoin.
There's another GLOBAL one which is different in its algorhythm, called litecoin.
These are GLOBAL coins. Everyone in the world can use them.
So why do you try to LIMIT a coin to a country AT ALL? It's like you wanted to regulate it, just like governments try to do. Even your people can't understand not to sell them just after receiving them.
What's the use of creating all kinds of more global coins at all? They're all targets for speculators, nothing more.
We already have the solution for the whole world's problem, and it's called bitcoin. (and maybe litecoin)
I think I agree but here we are paddling around and innovating with new ideas. |

The second airdrop will commence at midnight GMT here in Iceland. Hopefully it will bring Baldur back and increase the value. Each drop will be 318 AUR compared to 31,8 AUR in the first one. Crossing fingers because I've leached plenty of Social Security Numbers (Kennitala) from family members to stock up on this shit. Most Icelanders sold their shares to traders which then exchanged AUR to BTC or they got help from strangers to exchange for them. Some stocked up, like me  . |

Correct me if I am wrong. The second drop is tenfold; 318 AU. So, it will be that the first 30,000 people that ract will get their coins while the rest is too late.

I think that is the only way to look at it. Phase 1 of the airdrop gave all equal chance to claim the coins. Now it looks like first come, first served. |

In this stage and the following, both the original recipients of the coins will able to retrieve their gifts, as well as other Icelanders. This stage will last another 4 months.
about 1126642 AUR were claimed on first airdrop. Therefore according to above description the second airdrop should have been (10500000-1126642) / 330000 = 28.4 AUR WTF? |

Don't think that all Icelanders will fetch their airdrop! I don't have the statistics but we can assume that young children and old folks skip it However you can get passwords for your kids and fetch the airdrop, at least I did it hehe |

Maybe Balduro was taken out by an intelligence service.
Balduro really made the impression of someone, who really stands behind his project and is going to work for it. The time he was with us, he did alot of work and didnt scammed, so he wasnt motivated by money $$$ or his ego ("getting fame/media time").
He really made an honest impression. So why would he leave voluntary?

AUR is not going anywhere, hold for long term value, if you have none get some, very stable wallet/network/blockchain even with such a tremendous shake up for me that is a very good sign (stability) this is what I am looking for lately, just like regular business, too many people treat crypto as kind of a game, satoshi designed "system" with blockchain at its core, to replace unstable financial systems around the world (Iceland included) most people are unaware how cryptography can make this happen for them, for me exchange plays and manipulations are ridiculous and short term thinking as far as mysterious "Mr Balduro" I am sure he is "watching" and he is keenly aware what his creation could mean for Iceland and at the correct time which might not necessarily be now, word now is often used by traders , "give me my profits now!" and thats the real problem have a great day |

I managed to double my amount of AUR just by trading and suddenly recognized that the value of aurora fell rapidly over 50 percent (for the second time!), just during 30 minutes.. my wallet lost almost half of its worth and i dont just find it disturbing, but i feel betrayed! When you first decide if you want to 'invest' in a coin, you read the blueprint and agree to its conditions! But one cant change the rules of a game, while playing it, even more when not announcing such changes! (I havend heard of it and beside that i dont felt like its a must to read about AUR regulary in btctalk forum) I liked the idea of an airdrop of 31,8 AUR for every citizen, but whats the point of increasing to 318??? IT JUST MAKES THE COIN WORTHLESS! Its not about how many coins you distribute, to make it popular, if its 100, 1.000 or 1.000.000 for every person - the number is abstract - its about the potencial price. The actuall airdrop wont motivate people more than the first of 31,8 AUR for acceptation. Why should it? How do you get people interested in something? take a look at bitcoin.. it raised to 800$ and more and more people started to deal with it. excuse me for my bad english, im no native speaker and if you have a different opinion, please tell me. In addition: The right way to do it would probably be a support to those who already accept auroracoin as payment, lets say 500 AUR for every place of acceptance and 1.000 for every store that starts paying 20% of the loan of its employees in AUR, to create an circulation! |
