I have read a lot that the traditional financial institutions are willing to start with cryptocurrency trading desk and start offering cryptocurrencies. But there isn't much of a proof to that. But the recent report by Thomson Reuters which claims that over 53 traditional financial institutions are ready to bring in cryptocurrency in their system by October which means that the price will easily rise above $25k with traditional finance money jumping in after waiting on the sidelines.

For sure it may affect the price of all crypto currency especially the bitcoin price will increase more.
There are many prediction about the bitcoin price, the other said it can reach $50K or $60K but for me it's too high, I think before the end of the year maybe it will reach $20K.

that is right but for me, I only see what is happening in the market and I try still wait for bitcoin price to come back at the high price again. I am sure that 5 months is not too long for waiting for the price to increase and meanwhile we wait, we can do another thing and we can collect more coins in our wallet so when the price really increases higher, we have a big amount of bitcoin to sell so we can make a lot of money. I think many people still searching and collecting bitcoin until now because they have a dream to make money from bitcoin too.

Hey OP, you made some good point but some are not actually stuffs that can play in reality. However, I love what you said in the conclusion the more which is the idea of thinking like whales. One thing I have always noticed though is that whales will never sell at the bottom and would rather be stashing up.

Now, I do not expect any whale to just move the market up pretty fast like that by just buying up all the sell-walls as the period of accumulation will be used in doing that and they leave the traders to do the rest by trying to instigate some movement.

Right now, Bitcoin is in quite a big decline, as I'm sure most of you are aware it's down around 65% since last Dec. Of course, climbing out of such a significant downtrend will probably take longer than it took to initially fall. Currently, even if it increases at a rate of 5% per month, it would still take over a year to reach its all time high (ignoring compounding). However, if you managed to perform a few successful trades during a short period, by carefully watching the markets, you could easily turn 1 BTC into about 3.

5 months is a lot of time but it'll require a lot of demand before we would be able to reach a new high. This year I don't see it happening because of the whales manipulating the price. I'd say it's a miracle if we hit $15,000 with the way things are going the highest we'll probably see is somewhere $10,000~. Also I hope that we don't see the price go back up there for the second time because people will surely complain about the fees being too expensive.

As far as I can see on the forum recently most of the guys are predicting that we would be hitting low until the end of this year 2018 maybe even at the beginning of the next 2019 year, and only then would be some growth spotted.

I don`t think that bitcoin will be able to catch up so quickly. Crypto currency needs time to restore and strengthen its position in the market. Large investors must return to the game again, and for this they need to see new perspectives in bitcoin. Such events do not occur in a single day.

Wow this is really a nice and successful achievement I am sure after this kind of act we are going to see bitcoin at the top most expensive currencies so buy some coin right now we are gonna lose the opportunity of selling at lowest price, buy now after some day bitcoin will pump up so high so get the chance have satisfactory profit.

It really seems like impossible with the market right now it has been moving down for a long time we all see it has been fighting but the demand for it is really decreasing,

But practically BTC lost 25% in just some weeks, and it seems that the trend has no intention to stop.

50k$ is not possible this year because US opens a department to monitor price manipulators we can predict that by the end of 2018 we will see bitcoin at 18k$ to21kk$ may be i am wrong but that is what i conclude form statements of analyst.

Now Bitcoin price is declining and updated the price minimum of 2018. I think that it is possible that now large players are buying up at a low price, and when all other market participants believe that the price will continue to decline, they will exit to USDT or open SHORT positions, the price may turn upwards. Now let me explain this nonsense from topic:

Currently we have 17 mil bitcoins according to statistics 4-6mil are already lost(forgotten pasword, burned during wrong transfers etc). That gives us 11 mil of bitcoins. Few mils are stuck on wallets where they have to be (for example mt gox wallet), on longtime hodlers etc. Lets say that we have 8 mil of bitcoins that can be possibly dump.

Now imagine that 1 whale came to the market tommorow and set buy order on 20k with 2 mil coins (500k to eat walls and 1500k to show that you are not the gay that others want to mess with ) - 40 bil offer.  Is it possible? - Warren Buffet has 80 bil $. Most of them are locked in investition but its only example
How many of those 8 mil would be dumped in this situation? How many fomo investors will jump in? I think that those 1.5 mil coins wont be eaten (many investors seeing that big wall wont sell). Some of traders will move their offers obove that huge wall to be able to trade at all. What if he would do this pump after first good news (redtube supports bitcoin   ). Society will make dozens of video and posts on forums that this caused bitcoin to moon.

Why would he do that?
Imagine he already have 1 mil coin bough from 5-5000$ (this makes 7 mil not 8 possible to dump). Selling them now will caus huge dump. After this huge pump he would be able to dump everything on higher prices.

Shittalk and noone would do that?
This scenario happend in smaller scale 12 april 2018 when we had pump from 6900 to 8000 in 30 min. Someone just came to the market and said :"From today we trade at levels 8k+. If anyone disagree you are out of trading for next months". Some of traders and holders disagree and tries to dump their coins on him (thats why second candle after this pump was short with high volume).

Im not talking that this will happen tommorow. I post this math speculation to show you guys that in trading world nothing is ceraint. Even best analysis wont predict you from whales that can change market dramatically.
Good aspect of this is that its imposible to do that in south direction. Because if someone would use his few mil bitcoins to dump to 1$ there will be whales who would buy his few mil cos for few mil $ and stop this.

We have supports, resistances, trendlines, RSI but they have money. We should start to think like a whale. Thinking where he is trying to trick us. Where he is prepering for big moves etc. Alwais after any analysis try to think beafore transaction "isnt it a whale who is trying to push me into this trade by showing buy oportunity?"

Bitcoin to 200,000  lol, pure speculation no real support at the moment. I dont want to sound fudding or what but if we're basing about bitcoin current state with little adaptation I doubt that we can hit 20,000 this YEAR, bitcoin need this pull backs and regulations before going massive!

Thats a far away specualtion in my own belief.
That price may have almost reached by bitcoin but I think there are some errors with that or is it just tooo much hyped with the people or whales.

Let us just be real and look at it at a good way.
If you go to that price a lot of questions will be thrown leaving a scar or worse could be the end of the crypto currencies.
Once bitcoin goes down everything will fall.
