Thanks for this update man, I am very happy to hear that. Ethereum Classic already moved up a little bit an I am happy that I never sold my ETC in the last couple of months! And I will not sell now, I will hold because I expect some more great news!

I've been following telegram chats for experienced traders . Almost every day they were talking about the pump of ethereum classic but there is no signal of pump . Even if coinbase added ethereum classic that will not happen absolutely nothing .

As bitcoin cash was listed on coinbase, ethereum classic had to be listed as well, I have been expecting this but I see no future with etc.

This is very interesting. Ethereum classic is not a good coin for me. It has no future and already overvalued.
Eth is the real ethereum and most of ethereum developers are working on ethereum not the classic one.
Developer power and community power is important but maybe they know some details about etc which we do not know.

People expect XRP to be added on coinbase but this is unexpected. I guess they want to surprise people about what they are doing everytime.
Sure its time to accumulate this token. I wasn't a supporter really which is why I didn't have but now that its there in coinbase, I will start collecting bits by bits. Won't ETC also decide to be POS this year?

That plus the Binance announcement really got the coin going up.
Too bad I didn't get into it. Expect a dump now. Like all other coins that get pumped cuz of news.

I know the folks in Coinbase are a bunch of lazy bastards who love to add forks because it's easy...but still, what a dumb move. Why would they add a shitcoin clone that no one uses when there's actually a lot of innovative and well accepted cryptocurrencies on the market?
Maybe some people inside Coinbase are holding countless bags of ETC and they're now waiting to dump on the newcomers FOMO buying right now...that's the only reason I can think of.

At first ,thank you for the news update.It will be the good news for people using Coinbase wallets.Previously Coinbase had Bitcoin wallet,Ethereum wallet and Litecoin wallet.By this we can trade three different crypto currency in a single Application.Recently the Bitcoin cash is added and Ethereum Classic will give more power to Coinbase. |

We don't know if they are holding a lot of useless fork coins like ethereum classic. But that's a possibility that they are going to wait for these hype makers to ride on their adoption so they can dispose their coins. |

This is good move from Coinbase team. Few weeks before I have found the news says that Coinbase gonna take the ERC20 tokens in their exchanges but many people took that they wanna accept in their regular based wallet mate. Now this ethereum classic. Since this link has been shared from their official blog we do not need to worry about that buddy. We may find the Doge and Ripple also in the coinbase wallet. |

I think this is overdue, Coinbase seems to be very loyal to Ethereum, I don't know why but I think it is likely going to boost the ETC classic development team, why they decided to pick this I don't know but I feel because it is not a security because it was just airdrop to Ethereum holders, which is a fork of it

It is a good news for both the etc holders and coinbase users but i think they should have added support for the ethereum based tokens first because they were promising about this in their previous newsletters and now suddenly we have seen the news about etc, lets hope erc 20 tokens will also be added soon to the coinbase wallet.

This is obviously good news for ETC. I have read that Coinbase may continue adding coins gradually. I think we will see them expand to include many of the top coins that meet their criteria. However, I have heard that they do have some strict requirements for what coins they add that includes only decentralized coins. If they hold to this, that eliminates several coins such as Ripple. |

Its really up to their decision on what would they add up but this news would probably always been positive which we can already extent to make use coinbase in terms of those selected coins into their service.Same as yours i have heard such news on adding up erc20 tokens but in my side it would be just too much if they would add up even more? Adding Doge and Ripple? Then best or high probability would be on Ripples side because we do know whats the recent standing of this coin. |
