A quick search of keyword "bitcoin" revealed nothing on eBay. Further reasearch revealed that bitcoin would likely fall under the definition "instant cash transfer service", which are not permitted.

Even Internet bank transfers would not be permitted. There was an uproar from sellers, and I believe anti-competitive laws crushed these plans at the time.
