I am going very bad phase.I need my money for my personal reasons.So can I withdraw my some of my investment.

Everything in the market is going red and red day by day. Everything has already reduced more than 100 % .So there is any chance to increase in the market within 15 days.
I can wait only for 15 days.
Should I wait for 15 days or withdraw instantly.

Will thats your own decision,if you withdraw some of your investment or not,but in my own thoughts if that money is needed more in emergency wants then why not,you must hold it,just in a longer period of time,even in the bleeding situation,if you needed some billing payments and badly needed and you have no other kind of sources you can get to pay those bill,then thats the time you must used your own decision either you withdraw your some of your investment or not  or you make an tentative days before to withdraw.

Well, I do not see the recovery too clear, the collapse seems to be continuing, no wall can stop it, 15 days is not enough to create miracles, he can only choose one of two solutions, sell immediately what he owns in the market or if he is a reliable person, he can look for friends to get help. And I really encourage the second option because although the market has not recovered but that does not mean that it does not happen, the market needs more time,  and borrowing from others will give us more time, if we sell now, it just makes us get a huge loss

If you can still able to resolve out on getting other resources regarding into your financial problems then its good since you can still able to hold up with your assets or coins but there are really situations in life that you dont have any choice but to do such hard decision on selling out even on loss either on your panic thinking or into those situations where you dont have any choice.
There are really circumstances that is invevitable.

If it is that important, you can sell your coins, or sell what's only needed and keep the rest til it recovers. As of now, no one knows the direction of the market, only one can speculate but no one knows exactly how and when it's gonna reverse.

I agree with you and I am also having the same problem. I really just want to hodl but due to my daily necessities, I am also tempted to sell some of it. The problem is we can't gain anything but we'll just lose too much if we will trade this early. When the market recovers again , I would dump and save it for my future needs.

In 15 day is not possible the market will recover, that too short times. We need less than 5 or 6 month to wait for the market going back to bullish and normal again. the movement of value in the crypto market is not easy to predict, the advantage can we get a few hours or vice versa. when needing cash for a very important purpose we can not just rely on our investment capital in crypto. so if you do not have spare money have to take all before losses deepen, or try daily trading. but if you still have the money reserves as well as in the long run, because the value of the crypto coin will definitely be high again even if it is not in the near future and the benefits are waiting for you.

I think that he made mistake locking all of his assets in crypto so he didn't have fiat anymore and he had to sell some crypto in order to get by but the timing for selling was awful. That actually happens very often. That's why you should always invest max 30-40% of your money.
