I choose altcoin in the top 10 of coinmarket. Before I sell it at short term but for now I do it in long term holding since the market is unstable right now. Better to hold right now than to gain small profit.

With the wide array of altcoins available in the crypto market, how do you choose which one to invest on, which one to buy and which of these altcoins worth holding?
I'm not buying those low cap coins.

I'm looking at the top 100 but it doesn't mean I'm buying all of them. My way of choosing is if the altcoin has a very good community that's supporting it. I also don't buy centralized altcoins.

If my own opinion I usually look at the movement of the first coin in volume, if I was sure I usually buy it direct my own preferred coin ignis because a good volume movement
Looking at volume alone will not always help but for anyone considering long term, it is always better to look out for the prospect of the project so you can at least know you are holding a coin or token that is going to be sustainable and as well have a long term support.

It is a big market and we just have to find a way to always filter our choices so we can at least limit them to the good ones, but also to take note that even at that, you cannot always catch all the good ones, so you should be contended with as much as you can lay your hands on.

It really takes time and it's not easy, investors are easily disappointed if the dev of the coin they are holding are not updating its investors and roadmap is not getting completed I will not name any coin but the most active coins here usually has a good support from the investors.

For a safer side of investment. First i pick up altcoins in top 10 category which I believe still undervalued. Second,  I filtered all the crypto listed in CMC and check their volume, community support , the team and what type they are going to solve. Last one  , is for ICO but of course only for the promising one.

99% of the altcoins which are getting newly listed are copycats and you need to ignore them. Normally I chose the coins with the best technology, such as Cardano and NEO. Another factor worth considering is the ratio of free-float to the total supply and the annual supply of coins.

I would say that there are too many altcoins! It is necessary to view first of all the project teams and study them, then the goal of the project and so on! And to sell or store them it is necessary to think only then, if there is a good profit to sell, no, then keep it!

Yes it is true that there are thousands of altcoins in the market now but obviously the most worth it to buy are the one that are known already because surely that are the most potential coins. It maybe much expensive compared to the others but surely can give us profits in return. As of now, ethereum is the most promising altcoin for me and worth buying for and also ideal for long term investments.

If I choose altcoins then basically I am looking for coins among the top 30 on the coinmarketcap. Because there you can find the most popular coins.

There are different investment strategies, but for me, the ideal one is when you manage to find a promising coin while it is cheap and make a profit on its pump.

I prefer long-term investment and I try to choose a coin with prospects for growth in half a year. There is no any reason to hodl more than 6 months.

Yeah, too many altcoins in the market, most of them are scams, have a value but no projects. I'm gonna choose a coin that's in the top 100 in coinmarketcap for basis.

With the large number of altcoins existing as of this very moment, it is a fact that choosing a good coin that could give great profit is getting difficult by the minute. Inexperienced investors could be trapped in a devastating loss by just choosing the wrong coin. I, myself, chooses a coin that had established its reputation years ago. Ethereum, for instance. It has been around for quite some time now and it has proven itself whether security or profitability. By choosing a well established coin, it will lessen the risk of loss.

Maybe they are too much but that is what makes it interesting. The more they are, the more work you will have to do in choosing the right ones and the more solid project you will have to diversify into.

The problem is a lot of people usually think investing should be easy but the truth is nothing good comes easy as you have to do some solid research before even going ahead and with this huge market, you just have to keep reading to find out what people are talking about so you can limit your search since you obviously cannot start researching all coins at the same time.

Yep! Thats correct! If you actively participate and properly naviigate in several cryptocurrency community/forums, you can read which coin is good for investing in long term or short term period, you will which coin is the hottest. Because the people inside the community talks about it everytime. So, thats when you start on your research. Dont just start researching on random coin, thats a total waste of time. Find a good prospect and start making research.

There are a wide range of Altcoins to invest on. You need to do proper research and analysis about a variety of coins. Decide which coin will be best suitable to you according to your personal preference and invest in it. Make sure to check its value in the market and if it is predicted to have a nice future or not before you make any decisions.

To do this, you need to constantly monitor the movement in the market and study the projects and opportunities for new coins and especially tokens. Only when you constantly deal with these issues, only then it will eventually become in place and it will not even seem that there are so many altcoys. In general, over time, altcoyn will become even more and this need to get used to.
