It provide a high-level technical overview of the Eloncity Model for decentralized renewable energy projects. It assumes that the reader has a basic understanding of cloud computing, energy industry, decentralized applications, blockchain technology, crypto utility token, project financing, community development, energy regulatory and policy. A list of resources is provided for those who would like to develop a foundational understanding of blockchain technology and crypto utility token.

Private sale registration has started on Eloncity website. The Private Contributor will have 15% discount. The vesting period of private contributors is nine months with 10% of the token will be vested per month or 10 times. The pricing for the Private Contributor is 9.8 ECT per one USD (accept ETH, BTC, minimum $0.1M, max $0.6M). Public sale will be held in late August.
