You are right, the US address you've visited is a secured professional mailbox we use for local correspondences.
Our mother company is incorporated in Estonia, and our Dev team is located mainly in Paris (but also remote around the world).
Our US team is mainly focused on game/content acquisition, which typically is all about traveling and meeting developers around the country all year long.
We care about company expenses and because our content team members are on the road every day, we don't see a good reason to have an office at this time in USA but do plan to open one next year for other purposes when it makes sense.
