I like how the integration of digital identity can also help with the facilitation of refugee
and history of medical records will stay with them. Often a cross border movement will have some loss of
data but with AID:Tech, this will no longer be the case.

What is TaaST?

(TaaST) Transparency as a Service Token is the native token on the Aid:Tech platform and is used to access the services and offer monetization of the users own data. TaaST will utilise the Ethereum blockchain (ERC20) and will have a range of uses on the platform:
•   Transactions: TaaST will be used to access the various services offered and pay the transaction fee.
•   Smart Contracts: TaaST will be used to deploy and maintain Smart Contracts on the blockchain. Smart Contracts are self-executing, meaning they will allow for automation over the distribution of digital assets when a specific set of agreements or terms occur. Think of this as; if ‘x’ occurs, then execute step ‘y’.
Digital Identity: For certification, verification and storage in the 4 users roles on the platform.
•   Aid:Tech API: Aid:Tech intends to launch an app marketplace utilising the revolutionary platform. 3rd Parties will be able to request access to personal information and in return users can earn TaaST a fee.
•   Voting: TaaST will be used to vote for decision-making on the platform. This will utilise smart contracts to ensure verifiability and prevent double voting. Voting will be proportional to your TaaST Holdings.
•   Data Monetisation: TaaST will be utilised for a range of payments on a decentralised data marketplace (SIMon) that will allow users to monetize their own data.

I agree too. Not just is it able to receive and hold digital rights, it can also give the unprivileged access to basic needs such as healthcare, aid, social support, etc

It really is a wonderful project, if its the best ever remains to be seen yet. But your enthusiasm is matched by that of the team, they are incredibly ambitious and determined, which is a deadly combination. And if you look at the industry they are getting into, the blockchain solution is highly applicable here, I personally can't wait to see the progression over time.
