Ethereum is the best choice to buy now,  because the price quite cheap and it is good as investment place, you will never be loss if you invest on ethereum, we know that Eth has potential like bitcoin and maybe it will hit bitcoin price one day.

If you can't choose between several coins, then it can be worth looking at what has fallen the most during this dip. Often those that fall the hardest recover the quickest, so if coin A has dropped 10% and coin B has dropped 15% and you think both projects are equally good, then I'd say buy coin B.

If you have a lot of money to buy cryptos you should split it in many different altcoins. There are many altcoins that are having a great potential  and in a lower price, why you didn't grab the opportunity to buy? You don't need to choose on A or B because you can do both, just think it carefully your decision.

With just about everything being down right now, you could buy almost any coin and end up doing alright. As long as it's an already established coin, you're probably safe. It's just a matter of holding onto it long enough for the market to recover. Eth wouldn't be a bad choice.

NEO, EOS and ETH are really good to buy especially right now. The rest you've said you are the one who can decide if really now the time to position on those altcoins because you've monitoring it. But so far a lot of coins right now are really on sale wait for atleast 2 or 3 days if BTC goes sideways then go buy.

Right now I've been collection Telcoin as much as I can so if the bullrun is come I would sell it if go x2, x10 and x100 it where it would go and also ICX are really cheap right now put some of the coin in your holdings and for sure you will thank me later. Goodluck.

For me Ethereum is always a top choice, Ethereum is the best altcoin, it is dubbed the queen of altcoin, it controls a lot of altcoins. Ethereum is very popular, it is the foundation of many ICOs projects. I believe that in the next few years Ethereum will grow strongly. I suggest you invest in the low cap altcoin. EOS is such a bad choice in my opinion. The network always getting more and more delay. More and more people are feeling tired with it. Low marketcap coin just like remme and any other coin look very good choices in my opinion. ethereum should be considered as the first choice.

In my Opinion you should definitely buy a good amount of Neo and Eth, as they still have a good chance too grow a lot and there are some good ICO's to come on both. Besides that you should take a look at some Kucoin and Idex Gems, like Trac,Tomo,TFD, MWAT ...

with the current market conditions you can definitely choose the altcoin among the better three, I can only suggest for Ethereum because it is very proven lately not too dangerous for me, more popular than everything, not necessarily with altcoin others because of age they are fairly new in cryptocurrency, if they have a lot of capital I suggest Ethereum.

I'd buy ETH because it is possibly the most widely used currency at the minute. NEO because it has potential to be bigger than ETH and BTC because when the institutional money comes in, BTC is what they will be buying.

In terms of small caps and ICOs I would reccomend oyster pearl and spotcoin

I'm also thinking to buy some altcoins while the price is much cheaper than the usual prices and I think in a few days this will be over as the price will bounce back. Think about NCASH, DTRC, MWAT, WPR.

ICX, ONT, VEN, WAN, and NANO

I think NEO, ZIL and KMD are also great choices.  I hold NEO, I just think my list above will do better--return wise.

Your first choice is good for future journey so if you looking to long run investment NEO, EOS and ETH is right place. Recently many negative news are affected this market but surely everything will recover so this is the right time to invest these coins. If you have more money buy some Bitcoin this will also make good profit in future.

You should always buy bitcoin whether it is a lower or higher dip in price. Bitcoin has much suppprt than any other altcoin, thus it can also increase price quickly.
Additionally you can buy some ethereum and hold till march 2019 for better/double profits
