You already have a good collections already because the altcoin you selected NEO/EOS/ETH are nice altcoin with the require utility to give you awesome profit but I think will be more nice if you could add KMD to your portfolio because I have made an awesome profit from the coin before and UBCoin as your 5th coin. Mind you, their ICO will close in 2hr 40mins.

For me I would focus on the one that contains the highest value among all those altcoins (PRL / KMD / ZIL / SIA and eth ) of yours because if you focus on different coin, if you invest in them the same time you earnings might get to a slow movement's of to going to the top.

I would suggest you just buy one altcoin not ethereum but an altcoin of an ICO because it can help you in 3-5 months not like btc or ethereum  (eth can be in months and not in years like btc)

If you want to make sure that your investment will be worth it, buy the top altcoins. They are very cheap with the current situation of the market. NEO, EOS and ETH are some of the best choices. ETH most especially. Do not miss it. This year is going to be for Ethereum. Add some more from the top 20 to 50 on the altcoin list. Why don't you consider ADA or XEM or WAVES?

  Since I have no capital to buy more altcoins at this moment, the only thing I can do is to hold precious coins like ETH and NEO I'm sure it will give me a good profit.

You should but a good ICO token that will certainly return your investment in high amounts.
Screen the ICOs using sites like tokenmarket and icoalert. Find the ones that tickle your fancy, and please please remove emotions in your investments as much as possible: only consider emotions as a driving factor for a target market.
When having a look at the project, its should have sufficient, succinct information. All the materials (white paper, one-pager, website) should be packages in an attractive and easy-to-read way. To me, the transparency of the team has become more and more important to avoid scams. But I do understand some projects where they can choose to remain anonymous, but only in some extreme cases.
Also, how they relate to investors, whether through a marketing team (less desirable) to frequent blog posts, updates and videos (better) is really important in building confidence.
