Right time to buy ALTCOIN
It is depend on the situation like your strategy, trading style, market trend. But with some simple strategies you can maximize your risk/reward and buy at the best moment. But before you buy you have to know first the BTC, the blockchain. You should also ask yourself why you plan to buy altcoin or what is your purpose in buying.
