it's true that there are so many ICOs that end up scam, they offer very promising things, but we need to be more careful to see their identities through their website, LinkedIn profile and whitepaper to ensure that the ICO is not a scam.

Yes ofcourse, many existing altcoins that become one of the top 100 coins came from ICO. We don't have to be so pessimistic about it since it has already given as alot of profit and I am sure that until now there are many coins with alot of potentials out there.

It cannot hide that there are some ICO in a blockchain are scam but we as a participants we are all responsible for choosing the best campaign. Looking good project comes in a good research which we are all free to ask more question about the project details.

It is true that there are some ICO's that are not scams. I was fortunate enough that with my very first signature campaign I was joining from Amazix bounties, I get paid off. Since then, I've been supporting their campaign and just lately two of their bounties has ended and I hope the same thing with the previous campaign they will pay off.

I agree with this idea. Although some ICO projects are considered fraudulent, there are many projects that give users the benefits of investing in them.

Not all ICO are scams. It depends on the ICO that you invest. If you invest in an ICO that is a scam then that is why you started to believe that all ICO is a scam. All you need to do, if you're an investor is choosing the good ICO or investigating a good ICO.

There will always be scammers trying to deceive people, but not all projects are scams and there are good and promising, so do not get upset and you need to look better.

to find a very good project, you need to study them very much. In addition, there are a lot of sites where the ratings of these projects are shown. you need to be able to analyze.

I must agree with you on this. But I think the hardest part is identifying if a particular ICO is legit or scam. But those you mentioned could help a lot to everyone who is looking for ICO. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this.
