the price may go up a lot in 2020, but it will not go up as much as the forecast of $250,000. that is a very high value even, have no chance of reaching that value
I do not know whose perception this is and how it is possible to say something about 4 years later or in future. It is totally out of mind to predict about an unstable market of the Bitcoin because we know that we can not predict the unstable market of Bitcoin.
As we have noticed that almost all the predictions are uncertain and do not show us actual future price. However average improvement is possible which is always increasing with the passage of time.
