Most cryptocurrencies in the pre-sale/ICO stages always embark on bounty campaigns. These bounty campaigns help those cryptocurrencies give them the required publicity and to also have a community. These campaigns are normally posted bitcointalk.org and bounty hunters embark on various aspects of the campaign that suits them and they give reports of work embarked on.
The reporting of work done in a bounty campaign could be done by post links to the work as a reply to the bounty thread or it could be done by post the links of the work in a Google doc. The link to the Google doc is usually posted in the bounty thread.
Recently, most of us that participate in various bounties have been noticing that some of the bounty threads are no longer accessible to the user. Once you try loading them, an error message will pop up.

https://i.imgur.com/MIABCm6.jpg

For we the bounty hunters, whenever you come across the error message, it could be very disheartening especially when the reporting of the work is done as a reply to the bounty thread because we already know that we have done some free works. Free works in the sense that not all of our works will be recorded, some bounty managers leave the updating of stakes for several weeks or even months before doing so.
In all the occasions that I have come across the error message in the bounties that am a participant, I always ask the bounty managers, "if they are responsible for moving or deleting the thread". They always say that they are not responsible for that, that it could be the moderators of bitcointalk. Whenever an ongoing bounty thread is deleted for any reason, it always creates an additional work for the bounty manager, but the bounty hunters are the ones that bear the brunt of it.
As a way forward, whenever an ongoing  bounty thread is marked for deleting by the moderators for any reason, the moderators should notify the bounty manager that the bounty thread will be deleted, so he/she should quickly update his spreadsheet with the unread reports in the thread.
Secondly, the moderators could leave the campaign to elapse, once they finish, they can delete the campaign.

Thanks moderators for your efforts in making bitcointalk.org void of irrelevant comments.

There must be a reason for a bounty to be deleted. There are many many bounties out there, and most of them are not deleted.

Probably it was a scam and/or the thread was abusing forum rules.

Do you actually see the thread in the bounty board and when you are trying to click on it you'd get that error? if yes then I'd like to think this is a new forum policy? either a staff or admin could clarify on this please? thank you guys.

OP, you could have summarized everything you wrote into about two sentences and without the screenshot.  You don't need to write a massive essay to ask the question you asked.

The bounty in question is probably a typical shitty one with people spamming it to death, and that's why it got deleted.  Or maybe not--you'll have to wait for mprep or whoever is moderating that section to stop by and answer.

Many bounty campaigns use spam bots or break the rules in other ways.
If you don't like deleted campaigns, don't join them if they break the rules!

Mods are enforcing the rules more now, campaigns that require low effort posts aren't allowed either.

Stop "working" for spammers!

I never have seen such deleted bounty’s, but believe if there are, that moderators mast has a good reason to delete them, and they probably wouldn’t make any profit for bounty participants.

What is unfair is that you as a bounty manager is ready to take up a project which is promoting spam in the forum. Do you even care about the quality of posts made in the forum as a result of which shitposters get paid?

The easiest way to prevent spam due to facebook and twitter reports is to provide a reporting google form in the OP and declare rules that all reports should be done via forms and those made on thread would be ignored.

But the truth is that most bounty managers (except a few) dont care of the spam. They come to this forum as a second life of making some "free cash by doing nothing".

Yes, I know that the threads are deleted for a reason. But most of the time, we don't know if they broke any forum rules or they are using bots, so we join the bounty campaign unaware of it.

Once again thanks to the moderators for their efforts to ensure that the posts here are of high quality

I did not ask any question, I was relying my concern on how the problem affects we the bounty hunters.

Use common sense, and take a look at the replies on the thread. If they are being made by newbies with low activity or posts that are just in that thread then it's likely that they are just bumping the topic. Look at the thread, and see if they are offering an incentive to post on their thread. If they are then report it, because it will eventually be caught anyway, and you'll be saving everyone the time.
Another way to tell is if they are bumping it via bumps is when they quote the OP without saying a word.  There are exceptions to these, but generally these are good telltale signs.

Thanks so much for sharing with us your wealth of experience. I never knew these things that you just said. I really appreciate, I will always watch out for these signs whenever am signing up for any bounty campaign.
