With crypto you starting to see how the real market works and not only in the digital world. Right now it looks like Jungle. If you are agile you can survive, if you are lazy of you dont care of your money, then you will loose. You should be pasionated of crypto to survive in the short term. Its not fair to put all the blame on the market for all your own mistakes like panic selling, high buying etc etc. These are all mistakes made by almost all the crypto users at some stage but this is how this is.
