At the moment the dev is not reacting and they still have a lot of DUCK, making it pretty risky, because they can easily dump. They were telling something about donating Duck to reviving the coin, so we might be able to take it from there. Mainduck is not responding to any messages, so for now this one is on hold.

Is it possible to take the source and make new coin? Then have people apply for the new coin with their old wallets. This can be easily done. Let's say you have person A has 0.12 Ducks and person B has 0.0005 Ducks who ever is the maintainer  will collect the respective coins and issue new for the old. If someone comes with something like 2 or 3 duck will be offer only part exchange. So there isn't problem with the dumping. Could we see which address have massive amount of coins? I'm not familiar with how this could happen. Lot's of ideas.

This is a possibility, but dump coins can still be in there and it takes a lot of effort to send the coins around. It would be better to store the original DUCK of the devs at the foundation and use them for giveaways.

I actually received a message from him yesterday where he says they would like somebody to take over. I asked some questions and am waiting on a response.

A couple of concerns:

2. What makes DUCK special accept only 121 in existence?
