Notice from CoinMarket.io: do not set low autopayments from your pools towards CoinMarket.io
We are talking about 25-150 deposits per day (some people do this) - its too much.

Are my calculations way off? All coins will be mined in about 8 days? I'm not sure of the schedule.

Are my calculations way off? All coins will be mined in about 8 days? I'm not sure of the schedule.

About 680k coins have been minted so far:

http://explorer.getrapidcoin.com/

There was a large premine (1%) which accounts for so many having been created. Check the first block:

http://explorer.getrapidcoin.com/block/45f6e157ace258cd48564ae3456206f588dc6998c7ec498f6a7c5f56e67ebd53

You can see 550k were minted as the premine in block #1, and the mining began on block 2 at 80 RPD per block. So in reality, only about 130k have actually been mined since the start.

If anyone is still having problems with their wallets syncing, try adding the nodes via the Debug Console.

In the wallet's menu, go to "Help -> Debug window" and then click on the "Console" tab. Try entering the following commands and wait a few minutes.

addnode 198.41.189.139 add
addnode 188.126.72.179 add
addnode 146.185.163.232 add
addnode 192.99.13.186 add
addnode 198.41.186.208 add
addnode 162.213.254.217 add
addnode 162.159.248.159 add
addnode 5.250.177.28 add

I can confirm that this fixed my syncing issue, thank you Valaris.

Hmmm, wallet won't sync says "No block source available"  tryed all the configs in the posts but still nothing, including the updated config in the first post. Undecided

First close your wallet. Then go to this location on your computer:

C:\Users\%YourUserName%\Appdata\Roaming\rapidcoin\blocks

Look for blk00000.dat and delete the file. Also delete rev00000.dat if you see it there. Now restart your wallet. Should download the block chain, force the wallet to re sync and fix your problem.

Doesn't work

what you need to do is copy the rapidcoin.config and place it in

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Rapidcoin

then restart wallet ftw

please donate if this helped u RJrDWBYHhhm3fsYzh2NmFK2wcxHV2PRero

the problem is the bounty to people, they got it for free and they do a profit even if the price sucks.
