Has anyone had problems with coins not arriving to their wallet whilst cryptopool shows autopayments have been made?
I have 11 AP transactions not arriving, but wallet adress is correct and wallet is synced. 3 transactions arrived yesterday without problem. I allready contacted them and they're looking into it but maybe one of you had the same issue, or hasn't noticed it yet.

Funtakus, use the contact function on the pool site. I had the same issue and got the following reply...
Hi,
We can confirm that there are transactions in the pool that were never sent from our wallet to you. We are trying to find out what has happened since this is a very peculiar error.
Please allow some time for us to check this and we will sort it out and see to it that you get your coins.
Were do you want those coins sent once we have completed the investigation?
We apologize for any incovencience this may have caused you and we assure you we are doing our best to make sure you get your coins shortly.

Your email address return an error : "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: suppport@cryptopool.eu Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain cryptopool.eu by mail.egomail.se. [178.21.73.20]. The error that the other server returned was: 550 < suppport@cryptopool.eu> No such user here" |

I emailed support 4 times , they didn't answered at all... idk what is going on.... and at the correct email address with pp not with ppp as they said.

ok, i understand : on your pool website, you put a notice about the problem, with su ppport@cryptopool.eu and not support@etc.. So, everyone who made a copy/paste of the address never actually send you any mail.. |

Try the following, just restart your wallet because it seems he does not synchronize and not shows that it is not synchronized. Yesterday I wrote about this a bug but no one answered me.
