Alright more tomorrow. Going to talk to a few people and some Dev friends.
Whatever we do it will be fast. I don't screw around.
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I'd also like to point out that the net hashrate is 187 Mh/s.

With my puny little 120 Kh/s I am getting 10-22 coins per block.

Now would be the time to mine, folk.

I am fielding new Devs now. Will update tomorrow.

I want VTC specs but faster blocks. 60 seconds is excellent as is.
VTC is the future.

N-factor
But 100% KGW for sure. For re-targets every block.

Logos - going to field a quick competition for logo change. Will give out RPD
to winner. I would like something very slick. Current logo is cheesy.

Agree?

Standby on new thread.

oh ya.. I got to admit. Rapidcoin is a great name. I will give the guy that much.

The devs` logo is nice but with pixels.

so i think it will be okay, if we do a little with his logos.

Again: "RapidCoin" was created solely for the purpose of dumping the premine -- a great example of what can be going on in the often times shady field of altcoins.

Even the logo is ripped off:

It's not so bad Smiley I like your rendering.
Maybe we can be cool with the existing logo and update it to your version.
There.. done with that. Next.

I think the priority is the client itself.

- Client
- Website
- Block Explorer

Securing (under our control) those 3 items are really the big deal here.
On it now...

Getting late here so more updates tomorrow.
I want this all done within 72 hours really.
Nothing is more annoying than "slow" in crypto.

I also want to preserve the value of the coin owners
and miners as we are adding new coins daily.

I would buy up, but the "community takeover" is not organised enough yet. Too high risk for me, but maybe not for others.

Personally I don't like this logo. If there are some designers, you can make another logo. I think current logo is much related to word "universe", not "rapid". So, if there any suggestions about it, you can publish here.

I bought some of this shitcoin while ago, sure - for some market play, but not too happy to see that it's like this now.
Well, at least I bought part at 3800. Which is now technically some plus, but average score is still negative for balance.

I can't seem to buy any good coins recently lol.

well it's hard at the moment. So many new ones have been brought out, that it's hard to find one which makes some real progress. Maybe try some Devcoin or Unobtanium, since wolong is pulling the strings there Tongue
