Which is the best GUI Miner for an NVidia GPU that utilizes CUDA?

Currently I am using GUIMiner which is good for OpenCL ATI Cards and has an easy to use interface.

That's true. I am aware of how CUDA based Nvidia GPUs compare with OpenCL Based ATI Cards when it comes to Cryptographic Calculations.

But let's just say, I have an old rig with me lying around that has an Nvidia GPU in it and I want to put it to use. This is the reason, I am interested in a good GUI Miner for CUDA.

You can decide by yourself:
Mining hardware comparison
See "Miner" column in the table.
