Perhaps you are right, but in comparison with other projects, the level of soft cap is less than average.
Many projects unjustifiably inflate the budget, I do not think it's worthwhile to focus on them.

All these companies need a lot of money and should be a lot of support, if softcap achieved is a good result, do not ignore the funds because this is needed.
The soft cap level is less than average, it certainly has been taken into account and will be able to help the team in the development.

Already, many ICO experts have said that the soft. cap is unreasonably high in most projects. This is also confirmed by experts of venture funds. I predict in the near future a significant reduction in requests from the founders of ICO
General trends suggest the opposite. Mega projects collect billions and it is obvious that the level of the entrance to ICO is so great that not every startup can afford it.

Putting it another way, the soft cap is the minimum amount of contributions that an ICO needs to generate to be considered successful. Many ICOs normally add a small extra percentage onto their launch cost, to ensure that they have a bit of cushioning once they start the build process of their product.

The soft cap level is less than average, it certainly has been taken into account and will be able to help the team in the development.
Why do you think this will help in the development? Do you think that the small soft cap will attract more investors?
Growth from a low base turns out to be huge in percentage, many investors pay serious attention to such things.

You can use fiat money for operating activities, but keep your assets better in the crypto. At the moment this is a compromise way.
Yes, this is a good way, you have to use it because the crypto is still not a legal tender in many areas.
Even taking into account the losses during conversion, keeping money in the crypto is the safest and most profitable.

It is true that storing crypto will be profitable as long as we know and can evaluate prices in crypto.

I was expecting advanced tools on the ICO page to provide everything which one new investor is interested before making his mind about project. I am referring at live statistics counter to let us know how much money has been raised in more than 3 weeks since public crowdfunding is live. It is important for many people to know about progress to see how far hard cap is and whether soft cap has been achieved or not yet.

This would be a great additional advertisement for the project.
To achieve this, you need to work with large investors and investor pools. But they put forward harsh conditions usually.
Yes, but if the team has some trump cards in such negotiations, then devs can consider this option.

The price of the goods may change for other reasons, but fixing the price in dollars is most convenient.
You are right, if the price of the goods changes for some reason, the seller will be able to edit his offer.
I understand this mechanism. In any case, at the time of the transaction, both the seller and the buyer agree to the terms of the transaction.

Perhaps this percentage is added in order to protect the project from fluctuations in the rate of crypto currencies.
