I once participated in the scam bounty campaign, but I don't regret it. I got the experience. Indeed, it is very difficult to determine the scam bounty in advance, but not in all cases.

It is especially difficult to choose a good project for beginners without much experience. I, for example, studied technical documents, a team, a manager and still made a mistake - I caught such a company - it was suddenly closed.

Not always. For instance, if you see a cheap website w/o information about the team, whitepaper or the other key features - most likely this is a scam. Also, join project's Telegram group and ask some question to the admins, incompetent people can be simply identified.

Sincerely speaking you are right about this it is hard to detect scam bounty campaign because most of this scam project clone it to a certain stage that you won't easily detect maybe it is scam or a genuine project but I can suggest that you should pick your bounty campaign from a good forum like bitcointalk and from well known bounty managers,by doing this you will cut most of the scam projects.

As we all know crypto is grooming and other side many ICO projects take place in the market,It is really difficult for investors and bounty hunters to choose reliable project and avoid from scam one.First of all read carefully white papers of the projects and compare the facts and figures with mentioned road map and also visit the website and contact with support team to resolve your confusions if you found positive and quick response and the fact and figures are matching  you found reliable project.

Got my account back! It was hacked. Sorry about it :|

I already participated in the fraudulent bounty campaign and it gave me more experience. Now I have some idea about the scammers. However, it is still very difficult to identify fraudulent bounty campaigns.

The bounty campaign depends on the project it represents. This is a direct relationship. Therefore, first of all, look at the project, and the development team - these are the main guarantees of the project success and its bounty campaign.

It is really hard to detect scammed bounty campaign.  After completing all the requirements to be able to get accepted in a bounty campaign, spending much time to participate in forums and not to mention carrying their banners, completing all the tasks and reports then all of a sudden you will just find out that you have been scammed already.  luckily I am not the only one but to think all participants did the same efforts as well as you did.  But it is really happening, lesson learned and could be just charge it to experience and move on.  If we could only find out at early stage if we were in to scam or a legit bounty campaign.  Who would really know anyway?
We know that it's hard to identify them. But there some aspect that we can detect them, first is by looking the design of their website together with the team specially its developer. In addition, looking also community and social media. Other thing is their roadmap and white paper presentation that mostly attract us. So we should always be careful.

Well, definitely it is really hard to find a bounty scam. Some scam bounty is very realistic. But we just to be more keen to our research before joining it. If there platforms are just same with other projects. If the website and whitepapers are not clearly stated and that is scam.

Really, it is. People think that you can easily just detect whether or not a bounty campaign is scam. It is never that easy. They really sound convincing at the beginning, only for you to find out when you are done, or almost half way through, that it is actually a scam. Even reading through the whitepaper doesn't help.

Looking to the Campaign Manager really helps. But, that doesn't guarantee that the campaign will be successful/ a scam. The campaign managers might be a victim too. So, the best we can do is to evaluate the campaigns by ourselves and decide whether it is a scam or not.

Yes it is really hard to detect scammed bounty campaign because they were like legit but as far as i know legit campaigns are transparent like the people are really true and you can see them from other bounties creating projects that were true and realistic. Being transparent and realistic are the signs that a bounty campaign is not a scam or its legit.

For us to detect the actual updates of the bounty campaign, you need to be updated of the progress that's going on with their telegram group. It will help us determine how legit is their team, because social media is one of the proof that an ICO community will provide discussions related to their project. If you're a part of bounty campaign that promotes the entire platform that gives enough and concrete details for the project. We exactly find out if they're scamming bounty participants if no support will provide answers to every concerns raised, then you'll be accusing already and suspecting scam possibilities.

True. It's hard to detect if a bounty is a scam that's why we need to be vigilant and careful to what we participate.  We need to research deeply to know what is the behind of that project or bounty if this project will have solid and unique project.

Yes this is accurate. Finding a good bounty campaigns are easy but in finding a bounty campaign that isn't a scam is hard. A bounty campaign can be a good model or can make you believe they're a nice bounty but may end up being a scam, I've experienced this many times

It's actually not that hard to tell if a bounty campaign is a scam or not.
If you do your due dillegence and research the devs, the ceo, the product, and the company than you can get a really solid idea if the company is legitimate or not.
Then, you can also research the bounty campaign manager too to see if the campaign manager has a history of successful management experience.

It sound like it takes a lot of time, but I am going to assume that people who get "scammed" don't take the time to research the campaign and ico.
Also, it is important to only do bounties for companies that have a strong future because that is where the real money potential is.
So it is definitely worth your time.

Of course, since the market is down there are higher chances for an ICO to fail or not perform well.
But if you find yourself consitently doing campaigns that don't pay or if the token has no value, than you should start analyzing what you are doing wrong.
After all, the common factor in these failures is you.
