Which one is better; to buy token or to do bounty?

You can actually do both, invest in the token and hold for it to become successful and participate in the bounty as you also get this token for free thereby increasing your profit when it is successful but take your time to do a research and make sure the project is a good one before you decide to invest or participate in the campaign.

For me i prefer to do bounty, as you will have a leverage to HODL these tokens and wait for the bull run.
Unlike if we purchase tokens we tend to check always the price of the coins bought and sell it with a little profit.
For me bounty coins can maximize the full profit of tokens because we can Hold the tokens longer because we invest in effort and not in money, in which sometimes we are force sell these tokens because we need money for daily needs.

If you have free time. You should join that bounty. That's a good choice. Do both. It will help you make more profit if the ICO is successful. If you only have money and no free time, buy ico. I rarely see anyone buy ICO and join the bounty at the same time

If you don't have enough funds and have a lot of free time then the good choice for you is to do Bounty... But if your situation is reversed like don't have much free time but lot of funds the do investing..

If you have enough money and wish to invest on the good project, I see you will not want to waste your money on work with them get the tokens. Instead of that you will go to invest your money and earn the tokens right.

You can do both, you can participate to the bounty campaign that you would like to invest in, so that you can contribute to the success of the project that you invested in. But make sure that you make a lot of research first about the ICO project before you start to invest, to avoid of wasting a lot of money and wasting time as well.

I start with bounties before 2 weeks, look on them like free money coz have few websites and social network profiles with high number of followers/likes, near my main job (an ofc waiting btc on about 30k  ) hope that will earn some money.

The question is difficult to answer, as the two things are very different. It also depends on what you have more of, money or time. If you have a lot of time, participate in bountys. If you have a lot of money and no time then maybe invest is better. It's all about what you're willing to risk. So it's hard to say what's better. It always depends on how your own circumstances are and what you want to achieve with it.

Buying the token is simple and effortless you can buy how many tokens as you want,but from bounties you won't get fixed number of tokens or your desired level because the rewards will be based on stake calculation so number or tokens from bounties will be based on how much participants in that campaign and also depends on your rank.

If you have the money to invest, the fast way to earn money is buy ICO, you can gain your money x3 or more. But the key of this way is you need to choose the right ICO to join and buy the token sale. However, if you dont have money to invest, bounty is the safe way to earn money and re-invest in crypto buy the bounty rewards, this is the safe way but you may facing with some moths do bounty but get nothing.

Do Bounty need 2 or 3 months to receive the reward and nothing to make sure that you will earn the money or only some $. But when you invest in ICO project, you will earn money in the short time but the key of this way is choose the good ICO project to invest. Crypto is the new market and need the long time to become balance, if you are the newbie, you should learn many thing before earn money. To buy a token, at least we have to have capital. As a bounty, we work out and earn coin. I think the bounty will be better but it takes time but not too much risk.
